Delegate, Focus, and GROW Your Business

Assistant of all Trades

Recently our company acquired a client with a huge online presence in their business. Webinars, consultations and client interaction generated the need for a mass telemarketing campaign to connect with potential business relationships.

Faced with numerous hours of being on the telephone, our client made the right decision and contacted us for help.

Our client had over one thousand phone calls that needed to be made. I imagine just about anyone would be overwhelmed with a task of that magnitude looming in front of them. I get struck with a mild case of the panics at the mere thought of it.

Fortunately, because we are an intimate and accommodating company, we were able to work with our client and meet her needs with specific individuals to handle this monumental task. After a brief introduction of how the campaign came to be necessary and the follow through expected by our client, every single one of those telephone calls was made and confirmed within a few days.

The choreography within the company was nothing short of impressive.

Scripts were written and followed. Information was given and expanded upon. Calendars were supplied and filled. Appointments were booked. Deadlines were given and met.

All of this was done simultaneously within four different time zones.

Virtually.

Not in a big conference room with headsets, fancy equipment and a table with coffee and doughnuts in the corner, but individually, from our home offices.

Online meetings are where our team met with the client to receive clear instructions. Email communication and instant messaging brought us all together in one big virtual conference room.

You could almost hear the symphony playing in the background.

By coming together as a team, we were able to relieve our client of this time consuming burden necessary to grow and expand her business. Once the direction was given, she was free to focus on how she was going to manage the immediate results of the phone campaign; another area we will gladly help her with.

It is a very rewarding experience when we are able to place ourselves in the shoes of our clients and afford them the luxury a little bit of breathing room creates. We understand the pressures and stresses of running and managing your own business.

In today’s world, business owners need to constantly be on the lookout for ways to be sensible with their money and their time.

We can help you with each of them.
