Delegate, Focus, and GROW Your Business

I need a clone!

Ewe and Twins

Are you looking at your calendar for the week and thinking; “Another 60 hour work week?” or “I guess I have to skip my child’s baseball, soccer game, etc. AGAIN.” Perhaps you think to yourself,

if only I could clone myself!

You’re not alone. In this busy world with ever-changing priorities, we all find ourselves with more and more to do with less and less time. I’ve been there and have found myself wishing that those scientists who cloned Dolly the Sheep would work faster so I could clone myself!

I found a solution to my problem (and YOURS!) when I recently joined the CVA team. I’m a new Virtual Assistant and I am loving every minute of it!  I have found a career where I can lend my skills and expertise from my many years of working a traditional corporate job to help business owners who need a clone. For me, the career change has been a breath of fresh air.  It’s a great chance to learn about a variety of industries and develop solutions to help others get more done.  I have always loved meeting new people and learning new things and that’s what this business is all about.

So, what have I been doing as a VA? What haven’t I been doing?!

  • Blog writing or posting,
  • HTML newsletters,
  • Writing/posting ads,
  • Making phone calls (cold or warm),
  • Appointment setting/confirmation,
  • Bookkeeping,
  • Internet/social media marketing, and more

A VA can help a business in a myriad of ways.
VA’s can be an extension of you (a clone, if you will) and perform all the tasks you want to do but haven’t yet found the time. I love the task variety and also knowing that with my help, a business can grow and be more successful than ever. It’s been fun for me to learn about all of the clients and how a VA can make a difference in their business.

All of the VA’s at CVA have expertise in different fields and we all share information to help each other and our clients. In my “former life” I worked in marketing and in the training industry so I can offer suggestions to clients on ways to leverage training services to market their products. Other VA’s may be experts in social media, bookkeeping, etc. and can leverage those skills to help all CVA clients grow their improve their business results.

Working with CVA you get a team to support your business.
Wouldn’t it be great to go to a family function and actually enjoy it without checking email and text messages or stepping out to take a phone call? Or DRIVING a car and not texting like Oprah is telling us to do? Using a VA can help you enjoy your life and grow your business!
