Virtually Dating

I love to read ........
After a search for a Virtual Assistant (VA) that was tech savvy, experienced and efficient, this Dating Coach finally found the right match. She was ecstatic to find the right fit that allowed her to serve more women in a bigger way.

“It’s taken me a long time to find someone who is a good match for me (kind of like dating – ha ha) and I’m truly blown away with your level of experience, organization and speed with how you get things done. You’re a gift, a Godsend and the perfect gal for me. Taking on all the stuff I shouldn’t be doing is allowing me to serve so many more women in a much bigger way – don’t underestimate the ripple effect your contribution is having on the world Virginia!”

Because she is not very tech savvy, she was looking for someone who could update her website and blog and create her newsletters. This includes having a Virtual Assistant with enough experience to be able to recommend services and programs to help her to better accomplish her goals.

She was also looking for someone who could take over customer service tasks. She wanted a Virtual Assistant who would treat her customers and colleagues with the same care and joy she would treat them with herself. This included both email management and appointment scheduling. She was looking for someone who could receive all her emails and read, answer and distribute them as needed. By finding a Virtual Assistant who could manage this task independently, she has freed up over an hour each day for her to complete other tasks.

She also needed a Virtual Assistant who would be able to autonomously manage and schedule appoints for her coaching clients and potential business partners. By not scheduling her own appointments, she has an extra half hour each day to spend on coaching or preparing for speaking engagements and happy clients who are given the care they need in a timely manner.

Lastly she was looking for a VA who could manage her tasks with efficiency and experience. She not only wanted someone who has been with the company for a while and was able to use a wide range of programs with ease, but was also able to work in an organized manner.

This Dating Coach found her match, and her VA lit it on fire!!

The website and blog thing are super important. I remember having a conversation with a client who said, “Why should I pay you $100 for an hour’s worth of work?” The answer I gave was along the lines of, “Because you’re also paying for my two years of studying web design, SEO and wordpress or drupal theming.” That one hour it takes the VA to set up and troubleshoot a blog might have taken the client a whole day (or three!).
