Every VA needs to know what is her client’s schedule and help them to manage it.

One of the best programs for keeping my clients on schedule is Google Calendar. Google is incredibly flexible, offers tons of ways to integrate with other tools / services. Clients can share their events with me, their customers and friends or even make it public. There are pop up reminders, email reminders and Google can even send reminders about events by SMS!

It also allows my clients to access the calendar however and whenever they want by syncing events with Microsoft Outlook, Apple iCal and Mozilla Sunbird. They also share it with me, so I know their schedule and plan the assignments ahead.

These days we are all looking for anything that can make our hectic lives a little easier. Wouldn’t it be nice if we could add a few minutes to our day sometimes? Well, with so many time saving ideas out there, we can make those minutes really add up. One way to do this is to use plugins with your WordPress blog or site. There are a ton of plugins that do pretty much everything from adding videos or photos to your blog, linking your blog to your social media accounts, membership sites and so much more.

Most of us have been here many times before, you log into your social media accounts to make a post or two and before you know it you have spent a couple of hours on what should have only taken a couple of minutes.
