It’s finally Friday! Can you believe another week has come and gone? 2012 is Just around the corner. Its only 23 days until Christmas morning! Say what??  But right now it’s time to get this weekend started. So what are you waiting for lets shut those laptops and turn off those phones the weekend is here.

Whether you are doing some holiday shopping, or avoiding the mall like the plague, or having to attend all those Christmas parades like me, we hope you   will take time out to read some of the great posts we have chosen for you this week. Here are just a few:

  • Go Back to the Basics and Get Clients- We are all known to make things harder than they have to be. We make things complicated because unfortunately life is hard and we tend to think if things are easy they won’t work. But sometimes you just need to go back to the basics and get a fresh start and perspective. Be sure to check out Yvonne’s blog to learn how to go back to the basics and get clients.
  • Stop Subconsciously Pushing Your Clients Away- Growing up as a child you were taught that success is a good thing and that you can be anything you want to be as long as you work at it. But there is a part of our subconscious that makes us afraid of success, not so much of the success but of failing. But did you know that pushes your clients away? Be sure to read Beverly’s blog to learn more about conquering your subconscious and attracting those clients.
  • 5 Reasons Not to Criticize First Drafts- One of the toughest things for writers is creating the first draft. It’s hard to turn off the criticism, but you have to remember it’s called a rough draft for a reason. So stop fine tuning that draft and be sure to check out Matt’s blog to learn 5 reasons you shouldn’t criticize your first draft.
  • Have a Cookie Help You Get Rich in a Niche- In today’s market competition is fierce and doesn’t look like it’s going to get much better. So what you have to do is set yourself apart from the rest. Excel to the next level and you will have your customers looking for you instead of you looking for them. Be sure to check out Susan’s blog to learn great ways you can set yourself apart from the rest and take your business to the next level.

That’s all for this week. All of us here at CVA wish you a great weekend . See you next week with more great posts and Happy Friday. Do you have your holiday shopping done?  We’d love to hear about it!  Leave us a comment in the comments section. See you next week and be sure to visit Contemporary VA’s Stumble Upon Blog for even more featured posts.
