Happy Saint--What? it Happened Already? Dammit, Nevermind

It’s that time again! That’s right folks it’s finally Friday! Another long, busy week has come to an end and its now time to get our weekend on. Not only is it the weekend its St. Patty’s Day weekend! So what are you waiting for turn the phones off, grab your green and let’s get this weekend started!

Whether you are spending a relaxing weekend at home or getting your groove on with the leprechaun, we hope you will take time out to check out the great posts we have chosen for you this week. Here are just a few:

  • 10 Things Your Customers Look for on Your Product Pages-When shopping online your customers don’t have the advantage of trying on, smelling or tasting your products, so how do you convince them to buy from you. It’s all in the way you describe your products. If you are not giving your customers good descriptions of the products they will go somewhere else. The internet world has given people an abundance of information right at their fingertips so they won’t dig for it. Be sure to check out LaunchGrowJoy’s blog for some great tips on what you need to include to boost your sales.
  • How to Get Clients with Mobile Apps-There’s no secret if you look around you that this is a mobile world. Everyone around you has their nose stuck in either a cellphone, and e-reader or other mobile device. Mobile use exceeds TV and computers 5 to 1. So think of the market where you can be attracting new clients. Be sure to read Milana Leshinsky’s blog for some great tips on getting new clients.
  • Why You Should Invite Your Customers to a Campfire Storytelling Session-Everything around us tells a story, how our ancestors got here, right down to how our parents met. But does your business tell a story?  Creative storytelling can dissolve the wall between your message and your audience and overcome their initial defenses of skepticism or doubt. People often see businesses as not being human but storytelling gives that personal touch. Be sure to check out Tom’s blog to see why you should be telling more stories.
  • Affiliates- Contacting Your Peers- Having affiliates for your business can be very rewarding; it can increase relationships with others. It can also boost your sales; let’s face it we all work a little harder at selling something when money or some other type incentive is involved. Be sure to check out Nicola’s blog to learn all about affiliates and how they can help your business
  • How to Create Facebook Interest Lists- Is your Facebook like most people? Everyone is a jumbled mess and you aren’t really sure where to find the contacts you need? Wouldn’t it be nice if you could create lists on Facebook like you can on Twitter? Well now you can! Be sure to check out Amy’s video to learn about how to create Facebook Interest Lists and get yourself organized.

That’s all for this week. All of us here at CVA wish you a great weekend. See you next week with more great posts. What St Patty’s Day traditions do you have? We’d love to hear about it!  Leave us a comment in the comments section. See you next week and be sure to visit Contemporary VA’s Stumble Upon Blog for even more featured posts.
