Wooo Hooo! It’s that time again people! That’s right our favorite day of the week, Friday, is finally here. I don’t know about the rest of you, but for me it’s not a moment too soon. This has been a busy but productive week here at CVA and now it’s time for all of us to relax and rewind. So what are you waiting for? Let’s get our weekend on!

Whether you are just relaxing outdoors or kicked back watching preseason football, Go Broncos! We hope you will take time out to enjoy the great posts we have chosen for your weekend reading. Here are just a few:

  • Women Successfully Rebuilt Lives After Divorce- Going through a divorce is never easy. You can feel like you have failed. You may be a ball of emotions such as hatred and anger. But many women have gotten a divorce and bounced back and became a success. Be sure to check out Allana’s blog to learn how you can bounce back from divorce.
  • Why Couples Don’t Tell the Truth- Every couple is going to fight it’s pretty much inevitable. We all get stressed sometimes and take it out on our partner. Whether the fight is about money, sex or raising the kids there will eventually be one. But the thing is how you deal with it. Do you keep it bottled up or do you talk about it and get it all out in the open. Be sure to check out Bruce’s blog to find out what would happen if couples told the truth.
  • Are You Feeling Wonky Too? – Do you ever have those days where you are on an emotional rollercoaster? Where your emotions are all over the place but you aren’t really sure why?  You get to the point you aren’t really sure what’s going on or how to deal with it. Well you aren’t alone. Be sure to read Helen’s blog to learn what to do when you are feeling wonky too.
  • No Such Thing as a Typical Day- When your day is over do you feel a sense of accomplishment? Or do you end your day worn out and just believe you had a good day. Even if you don’t know what a typical day is there are still ways you can set up a schedule and at least try to stick to it. Be sure to check out PJ’s blog to learn great tips on how to deal with less than typical days and still stay focused.

That’s all for this week. All of us here at CVA wish you a great weekend. See you next week with more great posts. Are you excited that football season is back? We’d love to hear about it!  Leave us a comment in the comments section. See you next week and be sure to visit Contemporary VA’s Stumble Upon Blog for even more featured posts
