TGIF! That’s right folks our favorite day of the week is finally here. We have all worked super hard this week here in CVA land and it appears that Spring has finally decided to make its appearance, so let’s use this weekend to enjoy the weather and relax and unwind. So what are you waiting for its time to get our weekend on!

Whether you are doing nothing but relaxing, doing some spring cleaning outside or if you are like me and spending the day at the ballpark (gotta love baseball season) we hope you will take some time out to enjoy some of the great posts we have chosen for your weekend reading pleasure. Here are just a few:

  • Prioritize Your To-Dos- Everyone feels overwhelmed at times with too much work, life etc. If you find yourself constantly missing deadlines and feeling frazzled, it could be that you aren’t managing your time very well. Having a list of priorities will give you a clear cut path of what you need to accomplish and will cut down on the stress and will actually make you more productive. Be sure to check out the great blog post by Margie to learn all about making to do lists, and how to prioritize your tasks.

  • Is This Relationship Doomed From the Beginning? We have all been in those relationships that don’t work and then when we look back on them we wonder what the heck we were thinking. We didn’t set out for it to not work or to be destructive, it just wasn’t right. Be sure to check out Allana’s great blog to learn more about if your relationship is doomed from the start.

  • President Obama’s Secret for Getting Clients on Demand- On thing that most entrepreneurs struggle with in the beginning is obtaining clients when you need them the most. This can you leave you feeling scared and desperate and even wondering if you really have what it takes. The problem is focus, people who can put their time and energy in the right place seem to flourish when others do not. Be sure to check out Bernadette’s blog for some great tips on getting clients when YOU need and want them.

  • A Real Strategy Takes Guts- Coming up with a sales strategy is no easy task. You have to come up with great ways to edge out the competition and boost your product or service to the top in just a few short moments. You never get that first impression back and it can make or break you so you want to be sure that you are rocking it. Check out Keenan’s great blog for some more great tips on coming up with a strategy.

That’s all for this week. All of us here at CVA wish you a great weekend. See you next week with more great posts. How do you welcome Spring?  We’d love to hear about it!  Leave us a comment in the comments section. See you next week and be sure to visit Contemporary VA’s Stumble Upon Blog for even more featured posts.
