Here’s one instance that was clearly outside of the norm. It was well past our normal working hours on a Friday evening, when I received a voice mail notification. The message turned out to be a frantic call from a client who was doing a product launch that evening.  She was unable to reach her VA, and there were several items uncompleted for her product launch, which was scheduled to start in less than two hours!

Immediately I called the client back, and assured her that we would do everything possible to see her product launch went off without a hitch. While I had her on the phone, I gathered information like, which programs were being used, what portion of the task list had yet to be done, and was there anything about this launch that differed from past product launches.

With information in hand, I got to work. But I soon realized that although I was somewhat familiar with the programs she was using, I wasn’t familiar enough to complete the task list properly. Fortunately, the client’s back-up VA just happened to be online. Together we were able get the remaining tasks completed, test the links, purchase buttons and the subsequent emails, all well before the product launch was scheduled to start.

When I called the client to let her know that everything was completed, tested and ready to go, she couldn’t thank me enough. As it turned out her VA had, in fact, sent several messages to let the client know that she would be back that evening in plenty of time to finish the tasks. However, the VA returned to work only to discover that her Internet service was down.

Internet service disruption is just one of many unforeseen issues that can occur to make your business jump the rails. Just know the CVA Client Advocate Team is always at the ready to help with any questions, concerns or problems you may have. So who ya’ gonna call? Call us!
