Here at Contemporary Virtual Assistance, we are proud of our staff and strive to provide our clients with the best Virtual Assistants (VA) available. We provide rigorous training to give you the highest level of service possible. 

Project Virtual Assistant & Mentoring Program

Every new VA begins at our Project Virtual Assistant (PVA) level, no matter what their experience was prior to coming to CVA. At this level we test their skills and teach new, updated technology. This early training partners our PVA’s with a skilled PVA Team Leader who nurtures their development throughout the process. Only after they have proven their skill set, dependability, and knowledge of various systems are PVAs moved into our Apprentice program.

As Apprentices our VAs work more closely with clients, but still don’t work unsupervised. Apprentices are matched with a mentor, who works closely with them to expand their knowledge of systems important to our client base such as WordPress, Infusionsoft, Aweber, and social media platforms. Under the mentor’s supervision, the Apprentices gain the hands-on experience they need to provide the level of service our clients expect.

Dedicated Virtual Assistant

Once a VA graduates from our Apprentice program, they become a Dedicated Virtual Assistant  (DVA). And although our DVA’s have gone through months of preparation and training, they are never left alone. Our DVAs are assigned to a Team where they continue to receive immediate feedback on work, guidance on challenges, and technical support from both the Team Leader and other team members.

CVA provides feedback and support not only to VAs on projects and client work, but to all our staff members across the board. Our Team Leaders receive the ongoing support, training, and guidance they need to provide their team with the high level of instruction and backing expected of them.

Ongoing Training & Resources

At CVA we pride ourselves on the continued efforts of our staff to be up-to-date on the latest technology, and knowledgeable about the best opportunities to help our clients. We hold weekly sessions, offering advanced training on various software platforms. We also teach and train our staff on how to best help their clients and manage their workloads.

Our staff also attends learning events, such as InfusionCon. We are proud to say we have a group of expertly trained Infusionsoft Certified Consultants on staff, available anytime to offer their expertise. We are always in search of new resources to provide our staff with the knowledge to serve their clients.
