Delegate, Focus, and GROW Your Business

5 Research Tasks to Assign to Your VA

As a business owner you need to a means to prioritize your tasks efficiently. You know what the big projects are that only you can take care of, like interactions with your biggest client. There are some things that you are used to handling, but maybe it’s time to delegate tasks to your Virtual Assistant (VA). Research is one of those time consuming tasks that is better off in a VA’s workload. Your VA can take the time to research the following, so you can take care of what is important.

Travel Plans. You may know the destination, but there is so much more to figure out when you travel. Let your VA find the most direct flight that works with your schedule. They can also find you a hotel that fits your needs and discover an elegant restaurant to wine and dine your next client.

Conference Venue. Whether you are just meeting a few clients or want to gather hundreds, your VA can help you find the right place to meet up. They can weed through the options at the different venues, call and talk to staff, and get exactly what you will need to make your event memorable.

Marketing Strategies. You are already marketing your business on multiple social media platforms, but even you know there is more to it than just putting your name out there. Your VA can spend the time using these different platforms and reading through data collected to see when and where is best for your business to be broadcasted.

Book Research. You have a great idea for a book, but meeting the deadline and getting all the research done for it is not possible for you. This is a great job for your VA. They can hyper-focus on researching the topics you need information for so that all you have to do is choose your favorite from the loads of information they gathered for you.

Networking. Building your business is not always about what you know; sometimes it’s WHO you know. You need to network with new people and get into different circles to succeed. Your VA can research what networking opportunities are local to your area. They can also see what new and happening conferences might be good for you to mix and mingle at.

Researching can be fun, but it can also lead you down a bunch of rabbit trails.  Hire one of CVA’s talented VAs to get the job done. They can find what you need, saving you time and making you money.
