Keeping the Conversation Going with Online Technology

My client understands the value that her online presence brings to her business. Communication is at the center of her business, so making full use of today’s technology to connect with her current clients and potential new clients is very important to her. As her Virtual Assistant, it is my job to help her develop and keep those communication avenues available.

My client utilizes several online tools to communicate with her target audience and her clients. She has multiple websites that communicate her different types of services. She uses Facebook for social media marketing and event communication. For client communication she uses JigsawBox and Aweber.

Adding pages and updating content on her Weebly website is one of the services I provide for her. I have also created Facebook pages and Facebook events for her business. My familiarity with JigsawBox and Aweber has been extremely important. I can take on these tasks quickly and with confidence, saving her the time and hassle of trying to manage these platforms on her own.

When my client presents a task to me, she generally has a clear idea of what she wants to accomplish as the end result, but depends on my expertise to determine how to accomplish each individual task. My knowledge of what can and cannot be done using the platforms she has in place allows me to give her guidance. On some occasions, that means telling her that her desired outcome isn’t achievable with her existing platforms or budget constraints. When that happens, I do my best to explain the technical roadblocks that stand in our way and provide alternative solutions to reach the end goal.

I believe my client and I have a mutual appreciation for each other’s talents and skillset. We are both professionals in our own fields and enjoy working together to create greatness.
