Keeping Things Organized and On-task for Fast-paced Coaching Client

organize (1)

Not all clients are organized or know exactly what they want to accomplish at the start of a working relationship. That wasn’t an issue with my client, who is very keen on what she wants. My strong organizational skills have been the perfect fit for what she needs in a virtual assistant. I keep track of her to-do list, help develop priorities and set appropriate timelines and due dates for what we need to accomplish in order to remain organized.

Strengthening her marketing efforts has been our biggest priority. To that end, I have been managing her Facebook ads, which includes providing analytics and insights gained from each of these campaigns. We have also launched new marketing efforts on several public platforms where her audience is engaged. In addition to these efforts, we have been updating her website content and developing a more effective and consistent social media posting schedule.

I had an opportunity to show off some of my graphic layout skills within a PDF guidebook for this client, when her regular graphic artist wasn’t available for the project. My clients always appreciate the versatility that I bring to their team and I enjoy the variety it brings to my workload.

This client also had email lists and different email drip campaigns that needed to be setup in order to respond to leads captured by her landing page. This situation brought my problem solving talents to the forefront. Making sure each piece is setup correctly to respond in the way you desire takes some time in planning and testing to work out any issues that might develop when put into operation. Another important piece that is sometimes overlooked is the analytics side of these tools. We worked together in determining what data should be gathered and reported on through these marketing channels.

Coaches are some of my favorite clients. Generally, they have strong, energetic personalities and are very goal orientated. This coach fits that description to the T and makes my job as a virtual assistant incredibly rewarding, fun and enjoyable.
