Scheduling Software: Finding the Right Fit for Your Business

Your goal has always been to help others succeed, but who helps YOU succeed?

Are you interested in growing your business, but not sure where to start? That’s OK!

Fortunately, in this age of technology, you don’t have to do everything yourself.

There are affordable scheduling software programs out there to help you!

One of the more common features are Customizable Reports, which allows all of the data to come together in one place and can usually be imported into another program, such as Excel. Many also offer their services in an easy-to-use interface to help increase productivity.

Let’s look a little closer at a few options.

Innovative Mentoring Software:

This software allows you to add forms, photos or documents to your website, sends mass emails and texts, and logs all hours for online Coaching or group participation. Additionally, they have a fundraising module.

Chronus:

In addition to custom designs, they also have pre-configured templates for each program you create.  It can also guide clients through an automated mentorship, complete with videos and activities to show measurable progress, all created by you!

Pluform:

The Video Calls feature puts clients at ease, as you can have a face to face conversation anywhere.  You can also send automatic messages of support and encouragement to your clients’ mobile phone and it has an online Library, where you can archive content and save documents.

Another feature most of the online Coaching software provides is the ability to score the client by gauging interests and other characteristics in order to provide a good match with a service you offer. There are also many programs out there that are Cloud based (so you can use the software anywhere there is a computer and an internet connection), and most of them actually have a program for Android and iOS, so you can take it everywhere you go.

Maybe you WANT to take your business to the next level, but already seem to not have the time to set it up, or maybe you just don’t know where to start. There are programs that help with that, too!  Have you considered a Virtual Assistant (VA)?

Not only can a VA help research software options that work best for you, but they can help set it up. They can maintain your social media, handle the administration work and can even plan a Telesummit to name just a few.  Since a VA is not permanent, you can get a lot of help when you need it, or just a little to catch up.
