Delegate, Focus, and GROW Your Business

One Time Projects for Virtual Assistants

Whew!!  You are BUSY!!  Don’t worry, though.  You can get it all done using a Virtual Assistant (VA).

If you haven’t heard of one before, a VA is a professional For Hire online. You can use one as often or as little as you need to, without lengthy interviews or training.

What projects can a VA do?  Let’s take a look.

  • SOCIAL MEDIA–With more and more people using social media to connect, you have to keep your content current to be relevant…so if you ran out of time to update the page, a VA would be a great alternative to pulling out your hair trying to juggle it all.
  • MARKETING—You need to get your name out there. Running a business without a good marketing plan is like smiling in the dark.  You know what you’re doing, but nobody else does.  Let that smile shine so your customers can get to you!!  Marketing is a very important step that a VA can lend a hand to.
  • OFFICE ADMINISTRATION—Whether you have a staff, or if it’s just you, sometimes things get out of control. Maybe you have a vacancy to fill, or a Summit to attend.  If you hire a VA, you won’t miss a thing.  They can answer phones remotely, process data entry, schedule appointments and send out emails. They can also offer customer support in the form of IM (chat), process orders and confirm deliveries.

P.S. They can organize the Summit, too!!

  • WEBSITE DESIGN—  It can be intimidating to set up a website.  There is so much that goes into development.  Fresh content, easy navigation, graphic designs and accuracy.  There are VA’s out there that are specially trained and have experience in doing this for you.
  • SPECIAL PROJECTS— You can meet up with a VA to start a new campaign, rebrand or launch a new product. They do everything from consultation to generating leads (YES! Generating leads!!!). You’ll have someone in your corner to help push your project and save you some time!

Now that you know what a Virtual Assistant is and what they can do, check them out to see if you can hire a VA for a one-time use, or for use with an ongoing project. You just might get a little extra time to focus on what you need to focus on. Keep it up!! Next thing you know, you might get a vacation!!!
