Save Time by Creating Email Templates

Did you know that you can create email templates in almost any online mail platform? From Gmail to MailChimp to Salesforce, there are a ton of options for creating email templates. You can even have a virtual assistant (VA) create these templates for you, to save you time and money!

Some examples of emails to create templates for:

  • Newsletters / Customer Surveys

Good email newsletters and survey emails are hard to come by but the good ones usually are easy to read and have clear direct messages. In this example, theSkimm incorporates humor (which is a huge part of their brand), their logo and their social media profiles to encourage readers to take their survey.

  • Away Messages

This one is a no-brainer but having a well-written away message and template is crucial for those times when you are out of the office.

I am currently away on vacation from December 10th-27th. I will have limited access to email but my kick butt team is in the office and can help you with anything you may need.

If you need anything, please reach out to one of these awesome people:

            *Tony: for customer service

            *Amy: for technical questions

*Joe: to set up a meeting or with questions about _____.

Otherwise, I will get back to you on December 27th.

Have a happy holiday and best wishes from Hawaii!
