Great Customer Service: The Key to a 5-Star Reputation

The online retail company wanted what every retail company wants – happy customers, and 5-star reviews. The company knew that the best way to achieve glowing reviews from their customers involved one simple answer: more people to provide customer service.

The company had never worked with a VA before, so they made sure to stack the decks in their favor and build a great relationship with me. They were open to questions, forthcoming with information, and provided an outline of expectations right from the start.

In my work with the client, I make sure that emails are answered in a timely manner, so that the inbox is always attended and taken care of. She goes out of her way to seek the best and most customer-friendly solutions to any complains or inquiries, resolving them quickly.

Most of all, I make sure that customers are happy, feeling like their needs were addressed and their voice was heard. That goes a long way to building a great reputation!
